My wife and I took a very enjoyable walk in Fox Run regional park this Tuesday evening. At the top of a hill, we saw this lovely Prairie Crocus, also know as Pulsatilla patens.

Wow! I wonder if they only grow in the wild or if you can plant them. Love the color.
